Our Viking-style horn mugs have a volume of approx. 150-200 ml. They are disinfected, cleaned and sealed with food-safe varnish. Each mug is adorned with a Vegvisir engraving, making them a real highlight at every meal!

The Vegvisir Engraving

The ancient Viking symbol Vegvisir is also known as the "Norse Compass" or "Rune Compass". An Icelandic script says: "When that symbol is carried, the wearer shall not be lost in storm or wind, even if the path ahead is unknown".

Info: Each drinking horn/horn cup is unique, which is why the natural products differ slightly in colour. In addition to the characteristic color black, white and/or brown tones are also included.

We recommend washing the horn thoroughly with warm water before use. Please avoid boiling water as this can damage the protective layer!

Note: For optimal visibility, we trace the engravings with white or black paint. It is quite natural for this color to fade somewhat at some point. However, the engraving itself is made to last!
