Engraved horn mug "Fenrir" approx. 150 - 200 ml
High-quality drinking cup made from real horn
Each mug is unique!
Our Viking-style horn mugs have a volume of approx. 150-200 ml. They are disinfected, cleaned and sealed with food-safe varnish. Each mug is adorned with a Fenrir engraving, making them a real highlight at every meal!
The Fenrir Engraving
The Fenriswolf (also "Fenrir") is the first child of the god Loki and the giantess Angrboda. He was born before his siblings, Hel, the Midgard Serpent, and the eight-legged horse Sleipnir. Since Fenrir, the "swamp-dwelling monster", posed a great danger, he was held captive in Asgard with a shackle made by dwarves. Although the wolf has not yet been able to free himself, he bit off a hand of the god of war, Tyr. Only at Ragnarök will Fenrir break his bondage and then devour Odin. Only his son, Vidar, will then be able to stand up to him in a duel.

Info: Each drinking horn/horn cup is unique, which is why the natural products differ slightly in colour. In addition to the characteristic color black, white and/or brown tones are also included.
We recommend washing the horn thoroughly with warm water before use. Please avoid boiling water as this can damage the protective layer!
Note: For optimal visibility, we trace the engravings with white or black paint. It is quite natural for this color to fade somewhat at some point. However, the engraving itself is made to last!
